Do I need to book an appointment?
No appointments necessary! We operate on a walk-in basis, so simply pop into the salon during our opening hours.
Do I need to bring ID?
You must be aged 18 or over to use our sunbeds. Please bring valid photo ID, as proof of age may be requested.
What types of sunbeds do you have?
We have one Luxura X7 laydown sunbed and two Ultrasun E7 stand-up sunbeds, all in private tanning rooms.
How long should my first tanning session be?
An initial session may be around 6–9 minutes for some customers, depending on skin type and the sunbed’s exposure guidance. Shorter sessions or avoiding UV tanning altogether may be appropriate for others. Our team can help assess suitability before your session.
Do I need eye protection?
Yes! Protective eyewear must be worn throughout every sunbed session. We provide complimentary protective eyewear for all customers.
How often can I use a sunbed?
We require a minimum of 24 hours between tanning sessions. Your skin type and the sunbed’s exposure guidance should also be taken into account.
Can I buy tanning minutes or courses?
Yes! We offer pay-as-you-go minutes and tanning courses, so you can choose an option that suits you.
